Credit card information is not provided to third-party publishers and is kept in the strictest confidence.
Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products and services.
In the event that Mark/Space or one or more of it's product assets are acquired, customer contact information will be one of the transferred assets.
Data sent from users to our cloud services will not be shared, distrubuted or sold.
To protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
All software products are downloadable, with a key and/or unlock code sent via email after purchase. Selected software products are also available in retail packaging on CD-ROM. No tax applies to software products downloaded/sent via email. No handling fee applies if all products are downloadable and the order was placed online via this store. A $5 per order handling fee applies to orders where all the products are downloadable and the order was placed via phone, fax or mail.
Sales tax will be collected on physical goods (for example, retail packaged software) shipped to the following locations:

This Refund and Exchange Policy applies only to products purchased from the Mark/Space online store. For products purchased from other sellers, please contact the seller for their return policy.
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
For a refund request to be considered, the customer must have made good-faith, reasonable efforts to work with Mark/Space Technical Support and/or Customer Service teams regarding product usage or technical issues. Visit www.markspace.com/support for Support options.
To receive a refund or exchange, customer must deauthorize and uninstall all copies of the software from their computer(s). Mark/Space will provide instructions about how to do so.
Refunds require 7-14 business days to review and process.
Refunds we will be credited to the Credit Card used to make the original purchase.
